Fiber Fuel bricks are 2 pounds of compressed kiln dried wood waste. The wood waste is a by-product from the moulding manufacturing of Eastern White Pine done by Lewis Mouldings in Nova Scotia, Canada. These 2 pound bricks can be used as an alternative to hardwood in home heating applications. The process takes 2 pounds of loose wood waste and compresses it at very high pressures, which results in the forming of small, very dense bricks. It is the high pressures that form the normally loose wood waste to solid blocks rendering them suitable for use as firewood. There are no binders or glues added to the wood waste to cause it to form; it is the natural result of applying high pressure to wood waste. Fiber Fuel Bricks make a great alternative to conventional firewood and the perfect solution for someone who wants to diminish their dependency on fossil fuels but does not want to deal with the rigors of firewood.

Ash - .163% | BTU (As Received) – NA | BTU (Moisture Free) – 8988 BTU/lb. | Moisture – 7.01% | Wood Type: 100% Eastern White Pine (Softwood)

We show both “Moisture Free” and the “As Received” BTU testing results so you can make informed comparison with other pellet fuels. Many pellet retailers only show the “Moisture Free” results to make the product appear better. The “Moisture Free” number is not a real world figure since that is only accurate once all of the moisture has been completely removed from the product. The true measure of heat content is the “As Received” value, that is how the pellets tested straight out of the bag and is equivalent to the heat they’ll give off when you burn them at your own home.

Your product rocks!! We recently bought a Century Heating insert and unfortunately missed the market to purchase a cord of wood for the season. However, your product is a great alternative. The price point being sold at is running great against a cord for around $200-250 no splitting and very little clean-up. I would have no problem buying 1 cord hardwood and a pallet of this for a season. Burns great with very little ash... very clean!! Thanks for the warmth.

Excellent product line -- great in a wood stove -- fire lasts even longer than packaging indicates. Highly recommend.
