Delivery Options

Standard Delivery – This option is priced between $85 to $160 depending on town. (outside of our normal delivery area, we will quote) With our standard delivery you can pick the day to receive your product. All delivery charges are a flat charge so you can order 1 pallet or up to 14 pallets and the delivery charge will be the same. No one needs to be home when we deliver if we have placement instructions. The standard delivery includes our piggyback forklift that rides on the truck. We can place the pallets anywhere that the machine can fit. We need about 9’ wide and 9’ high for the forklift. Does not fit in an average sized garage door, we can typically slide them into the front of the garage so you can close the door. If you need the pallets placed in the back of a garage you must order our pallet jack service for an additional $35. See pallet jack description below. Standard delivery may not be available for all towns, and it is not available during times of high demand. Due to high fuel and transportation costs, we will be limiting our delivery area this season. We will provide the exact delivery charge prior to taking payment.

Flexible Delivery - This option is the same as our Standard Delivery, but we will deliver on our schedule (day & time at our discretion) and give a discounted rate of between $65 to $140 depending on town. This will have longer lead times are we work to match your delivery up with others in the same area or build an efficient route. We will provide a phone call the day before to confirm delivery. No one needs to be home when we deliver as we will ask for delivery instructions prior to placement. If you need the pallets placed in the back of a garage you must order our pallet jack service for an additional $35. See pallet jack description below. Optional Pallet Jack Service - With this option we will use the pallet jack to place the pallets exactly where you want them (like the back of a garage). You must have a flat & even concrete or asphalt floor and must be on the same level (Can’t do steps or ramps). This service is an additional $35 per stop off.

Neighborhood Buy Program - If you and your neighbors all burn bio fuels, get together with them and save $$$. If we can deliver all at one time then we will offer special delivery pricing. You can mix wood pellets & cord wood replacement products together on the same truck. Call or email us for a custom quote.

Direct Ship - This option is for those looking for full tractor trailer loads (22 to 24 pallets) delivered to a single location. We will offer additional discounts for this volume. Call or email us for a custom quote. Please provide delivery details such as address and whether a forklift is needed.
